Where is my order and when will it ship?Updated 17 days ago
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You will receive another email with shipping information and tracking number once your order ships.
Example: If you were to order on a Wednesday, and we process your order to ship on the following Tuesday, your tracking information will then be emailed at that time.
**Please note: If you have an order number and/or confirmation email, then you do have an order with us (don't forget to check your junk folders) and we are working hard to get it to you!
