You’ll receive an email from our shipping team as soon as they receive your return. (Remember to check your spam/junk folder.)

If you’re receiving a replacement item, you’ll receive new tracking info as soon as the new package ships. 

If you’d prefer to cancel your order and receive a full refund, please submit a request below, and we’d be happy to take care of that for you—as long as a replacement hasn’t already shipped.
