What happens if my order can’t be delivered?Updated a year ago

Sometimes packages bounce back to our warehouse because they are undeliverable. This happens occasionally when there is a typo in the address such as a missing apartment number or the wrong house number. We would be happy to reship the items to you as soon as it arrives.
