Can I change or cancel my order?Updated 20 days ago
In most cases, no. Because our warehouse is so fast, the order has often already been picked and packed by the time we hear from you about a change or cancellation request.
However, you’re still welcome to contact us by chat or [email protected], and if possible, we’ll make the change. However, you’ll likely have to return or exchange items instead.
Please note: we cannot add additional gifts to completed orders. That will require a new order.
